Tilt switch is hanged with chain upon above the checking object. Conductible material of mercury is filled inside the switch. Tilt Switch should be free vertical position. The materials are filled-up and reach the tile switch. When the switch inclines up to 15, inside contact will be activated. When the switch returns to free stand position, contact will be reset. Simple composition and reliable, robust and wear-resistant. Optional controller can be ordered separately. It has 0~10 delay function, which will override disturbance and avoid mis-active.

Monitoring solid bulk material top level, e.g. hopper high level, stacker, Belt material flow, unload machine, and chute blockage etc.
